PRIMI LOYALTY MEMBER BENEFITS / REWARDS PROGRAMME

• R100 courtesy discount voucher to celebrate your birthday!
• Spend at Primi Piatti and you will earn points. These points can then be redeemed against future visits to Primi Piatti.
• Primi Piatti Card Holders are exclusively entitled to additional once-off member only offers!

ACCUMULATING YOUR POINTS

• Upon arrival, alert your waiter that you are a Primi loyalty card holder.
• Hand card to your waiter when settling bill.
• Your waiter will swipe the card through the  point of sale.
• A printed receipt will verify your transaction.

REDEEMING YOUR POINTS

• Points are redeemable 7 days after accumulating them.
• Hand your card to your waiter when settling bill and advise as to how many points you would like to redeem against your transaction.
• A statement of all your transactions and your balance (number of points) can be obtained in-store as well as by going to the LOYALTY MEMBER LOGIN.
• Points on a specific transaction will only reflect 7 days later.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Primi Piatti Loyalty Card Membership is not transferable.
• Loyalty Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Limited to One entry Per Card per purchase.
• At our discretion, we deserve the right to terminate membership without prior notice.
• Birthday voucher is redeemable once during the month your birthday only.
• Accumulated points during any year can be redeemed any time during that year, and will carry through and be available the following year. Any points not redeemed by the 28th of February in the year thereafter will be expired, i.e. Points expiring on 28 February 2010 = accumulated points in 2008.
• A fee of R30 will be charged for the replacement of a lost or damaged card.
• Primi Piatti reserves the right to change any Loyalty Card Benefits.
